The M.O.R.E. International Symposium underlines Medacta's commitment to further advance the surgical education and training that has shown to improve patient safety and reduce the cost of orthopaedic care and recovery.

This year's event featured separate days dedicated to knee and hip replacement technologies and procedures, and included reviews of the current treatment landscapes, clinical research, case studies and previewed forthcoming product innovations.

Over than 40 orthopaedic surgery experts from around the world presented, with Frédéric Laude, MD (Clinique Paris V), and Joel Matta, MD (Hip and Pelvis Institute, Santa Monica, CA) acting as Chairmen of the Hip programme and Craig Loucks, MD and Robert Greenhow, MD (Peak Orthopaedics, Denver, CO) chaired the Knee programme.

Professor Michael Freeman, MD (Royal University Hospital/University College London, UK) participated as Honorary Chairman, with the keynote address delivered by Daniel Berry, MD (Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN).
